Onboarding/Questionnaire Submission:
It starts with a well-structured questionnaire on behalf of the client.
These questions pertain to the business objectives, type of functionality needed, design preferences, list of competitors, and target audience insights.
This lays the basic understanding for creating a tailored solution.
2. Kickoff Meeting
Purpose: To align on goals and clarify expectations and to go more in-depth with the client.
Walking Through the Questionnaire Answers:
We go over the client's answers from the questionnaire and ask pointed questions to clarify their thoughts.
We also discuss project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
This session makes sure all parties are on the same page before the work commences.
3. Site Map & Wire Frame Proposals + Mood Board
Purpose: To establish the website structure and visual direction.
Creation of Site Map * Wire Frame:
We create a clear site map that details the structure of the website, including main pages, subpages, and the flow of navigation.
This ensures a seamless user experience and logical organization of content. Wire Frame proposal will include content of each section per each proposed page.
Mood Board Proposals:
We present mood boards showcasing color palettes, typography, imagery, and design styles.
The goal is to align the website's aesthetic with the client's brand and preferences.
Feedback at this stage helps refine the creative direction.
4. Client Review
Purpose: To gather feedback and ensure alignment before moving forward.
The client reviews the site map and mood board proposals.
Feedback is collected, and modifications are done accordingly.
It is taken for final approval from the client before starting the designing part.
5. Commencing Web Design
Objective: The purpose is to make a visual and functional presentation of the website.
The design phase begins with the homepage as the centerpiece, setting the tone for the rest of the site.
We include the approved site map and mood board elements in the design.
Mockups are created to show layout, visual elements, and the overall user experience.
6. Client Review & Alterations
Objective: Refine the design by incorporating client feedback.
Client Review:
The client goes through the initial designs and gives pointed feedback.
This makes sure that the design fits their vision and business goals.
Alterations:
Revisions, as per the feedback provided by the clients.
We allow a certain number of revision rounds to keep the project on schedule and efficient.
7. Web Handover
Purpose: To finalize and deliver the website, ensuring the client is equipped to manage it.
The website is thoroughly tested for functionality, responsiveness, and speed.
Training is provided, if applicable, to help the client manage and update the site through the chosen platform, for example, Wix, Framer.
The final files and login credentials are handed over to the client.
Post-launch support options are discussed to address whatever ongoing needs there may be.
